1. Program Description
Requiem Arms LLC provides a conversational text messaging service aimed at providing customer support and answering inquiries initiated by you. This is a customer-service only program; we do not send automated marketing offers.
2. Consent to Participate
By texting us at (714) 442-8441, or by explicitly requesting a text response from our team, you consent to receive conversational text messages from Requiem Arms LLC related to your specific inquiry. You acknowledge that message frequency will vary based on your interaction with us.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to all messages sent and received. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your specific messaging plan and costs.
4. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (714) 442-8441. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text us a new inquiry, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

6. Carrier Liability & Content Filtering
– Liability: Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
– Content Filtering: Requiem Arms deals in regulated goods (firearms/ammunition). Mobile carriers and service providers may utilize automated filtering systems that block messages containing keywords related to weapons. If your message is not delivered or you do not receive a reply, please call us directly.
7. Eligibility
To use this service, you must be the current subscriber or customary user of the mobile phone number you use and be at least 18 years of age.
8. Privacy

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
